SimTown was one of the many 'Sim' spin-offs at the time, and was targeted more towards children. SimTown allows the player to construct a town consisting of streets, houses, businesses and parks and then control the people in it. Maxis takes their Sim-building line vertical with SimTower, an original concept from Japan (where vertical living is much more commonplace than in many parts of the world). SimTown is a 1995 video game published by Maxis, much like the best-selling SimCity but on a smaller scale.

Play SimTower online SimTower game description. I kind of wish it Simsville was a game, but I don't think we missed out on too much. SimTower: The Vertical Empire is a construction and management simulation video game developed by OpenBook Co., Ltd. Totally looks like some kind of beta for Simcity 4's MySim mode lol. Unless it was like SimGolf and they had little stories to flesh out, or like roller coaster tycoon and have awards to win or VIP's to impress or something. It looks like all I could do was plop houses down, see sims move in, and just imagine what they are doing while they are inside the house, reminded by a notification here and there that I am actually doing something.

Also it looks like besides the general concept of "a town full of your own sims," there wasn't much else to do. Like a small town simulator that keeps track of individual sims and the town as a whole. That way you would have the power to lay down roads and lots, and then have fun micromanaging your sims inside individual houses. Played in a near-isometric dimetric view, the game runs on fairly low system specs, and only at an 800圆00 resolution. Players must successfully design golf courses and play them with their default professional golfer Gary Golf. The only way this could be fun would be if it was like a mix between The sims 1, 3 and SimTown. Sid Meiers SimGolf is a video game created by Sid Meier, Firaxis, and Maxis in 2002.
